The Knoxville Cedar Planter is constructed of durable Western Red Cedar, which is naturally resistant to rotting, warping, or cracking. It's even a natural insect repellent. It's durable enough for lasting outside, but you can also bring it inside for a warm, welcoming presence. The bottom of this planter is slightly elevated on short feet to offer better drainage and to keep it from sitting on moist ground. It's left untreated so you can paint or stain however you choose. Left untreated, it will patina to a silvery gray color. Fill this planter with one kind of plant, or create a varied display. Use potted plants, or fill it with soil and plant directly - this planter is built to accommodate. Arrives partially assembled.
