Q1: Cambridge raised flower bed - What type of base does this planter have?

A: The cambridge planter does not have a base. The four posts' create the rectangular shape of the planter.

Q2: Two questions: 1. Is the height 11" above ground (not including the 6" staking into ground); and (2) Do the "screws or bolts" come with the kit?

The four surrounding posts are 11 inches above the ground, with the stakes of 6 inches being underground. Hardware is included with this item.
